In 2027 the London Marathon runs over two days for the first time, with around 100,000 runners crossing the finish line on The Mall.
Places come from the ballot, charity places and travel partners. Runners from abroad should start the visa process as soon as their place is confirmed.
Apply for a UK Standard Visitor visa (or ETA where eligible) at least 45 days before race weekend. Your race confirmation email is useful supporting evidence.
